A steel ring clamp, maybe 4 inches in diameter, holds the power steering fluid bottle in place, attached to the driver’s side of the engine compartment, fairly high up and near the wheel-well.

To loosen the clamp, undo the 10 mm bolt.

To remove the clamp from the car, undo the 10 mm nut.
